Q. How are the pickles packed for orders in India and overseas?

  • We serve with complete care and with genuinity. We use 2 layers of sealing so that there is no leakage.
  • Induction sealed first and then wrapped in a layer of thermoform for shock resistance during the rough handling by the courier/delivery reps.
  • Full box is wrapped with brown packaging tape.
  • The bottle is food safe plastic so there is no problem of breakage.
  • For overseas orders, we pack the pickles in 3 layers of food grade LLDP, LDPE, HDPE bags for packing. We can pack in the similar format for the orders in India if requested.

Q. How are the shipping rates charged?

  • We use the 3rd party aggregators (like Delhivery, Xpressbees etc..) for shipping and the rates charged are charged based on the location and weight.

Q. Do you ship all over India and overseas?

  • Yes we ship across India except certain regions where there are no direct shipping aggregators.
  • Yes we ship overseas too. The charges for overseas shipping is based on the country and the shipping provider and will be shared before shipping.

Q. How fast are the deliveries?

  • We usually ship the next day unless it’s a Sunday or a public holiday. Generally it takes 3-7 days depending on the location. We have to rely on the 3rd party shipping aggregators.
  • We work with 3rd party shipping aggregators and the delivery time depends on the factors like holidays, festivities, climatic conditions (very specific to rains).

Q. What happens if the product is damaged during transit?

  • There can be cases where the the shipping providers/courier companies misplace or mishandle the package. In such cases, please call us or write to us on reachus@grannyspickles.com for any replacement/ refund. The action would depend on case to case basis.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes you can cancel your order only before we dispatch the product. Once the product is dispatched, we/you wouldn’t be able cancel the order.
